Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies

The total time from order to shipment of items can take up to 5-7 days. This is due to payment processing timelines. It can take up to 3 business days for your payment to be released to us. 

Upon receipt of payment, your candle will be hand-poured. This process will take at least 1-2 days to allow for creation and drying time. Orders will then be promptly shipped via USPS (unless otherwise noted). Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packing materials and all orders are packed with extreme care to ensure safe arrival at your home. You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your shipment is released to USPS.

We will do our best to ensure shipping fees are as low as possible for each order. We always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address.

International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International unless otherwise requested or noted in the item listing. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and customs duties/clearances associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please note that these charges are beyond our control and are at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office.

*International Customers: If you are interested in purchasing 3 or more candles, please send us an email to get the correct information on your shipping costs. If the Flat Rate Priority Mail International is less expensive, then we will work with you to ensure you are charged the proper amount. We appreciate your understanding as international shipping can be complicated and We want to provide you with the best customer service possible.

 

An important note: once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the package was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us (at wickwaxcandleco@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund for the price of the product(s) you returned (including tax, if any). SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

If you received a broken or damaged product, please send us an email at wickwaxcandleco@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product. 

NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS.  The items are handcrafted to order.  For that reason, we do not issue refunds on cancellations.

NO REFUNDS ON SALE and/or DISCOUNT ITEMS. ALL SALE and/or DISCOUNT ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM YOU WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. 

If the customer uses a shipping company of their choosing, we are not responsible for any items that may arrive damaged.
