WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We’d love to see WickWax in your shop or online store! For wholesale information, please send an email to wickwaxcandleco@gmail.com

 

SHIPPING

All orders are hand-poured and made to order. Shipping costs are based on weight and automatically calculated during checkout.  Orders are shipped within 4 business days of purchase using USPS Priority or First Class Mail Service. Orders are individually packaged with care and should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Clients will receive a notification when an order is shipped. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. WickWax is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Although it's hard to imagine you'd want to return a WickWax product, we understand that sometimes things just don't turn out the way we expect.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the package was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us (at wickwaxcandleco@gmail.com or via direct message on Facebook or Instagram (@wickwaxcandleco) within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund for the price of the product(s) you returned (including tax, if any). SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

If you received a broken or damaged product, please send us an email at wickwaxcandleco@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product. 

​

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

​

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS.  The items are handcrafted to order.  For that reason, we do not issue refunds on cancellations.

NO REFUNDS ON SALE and/or DISCOUNT ITEMS. ALL SALE and/or DISCOUNT ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM YOU WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

If the customer uses a shipping company of their choosing, we are not responsible for any items that may arrive damaged. 

SALES TAX

We will collect and remit Sales & Use Tax for States as required by law. We do not impose Sales Tax on orders shipped to States that we do not have a Nexus.

 

PRIVACY & CONSENT

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.  You imply that you consent to our collecting of your information for that specific reason only. During the checkout process, your payment method is verified to complete the transaction, but WickWax will never store your payment information.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, you grant WickWax permission to send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

If you change your mind after you opt-in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection use, or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us at wickwaxcandleco.com with "please remove me from the newsletter" in the subject.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

 

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy & consent policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
